- WHAT COSTS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH USING SHOPBLUER™
BUYER: only pays cost of item; which is price the LISTER has negotiated PLUS ShopBluer™ service charge (min 40.00 - max 120.00)
SELLER/LISTER: pays no charges/fees
Our charge being so low means that its a win win for BUYER/SELLER and that we are serious about the time of making sure everyone is happy. OUR SERVICE is quanitative and relies on how many folks we can help make deals.
- AFTER I BUY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS
Dependent on the day/evening your online purchase is made, you could receive item same day or as late as 48hrs after. Reason being, once we receive your payment we RE-TEST item before delivering. Some items we will have at warehouse and others we have to collect from LISTER before delivering.
- SINCE I PREPAID HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I DONT LIKE ITEM AFTER ITS BEEN DELIVERED
Much like using social posts like Backpages/Craigs you will not receive a refund once item is in your posession and tested. Since we don't actually OWN these items and are essentially in charge of testing and delivery we hold NO WARRANTY or return factors. Cases of refunds NORMALLY occur only because you have prepaid and while we are testing item find it does not work as advertised or find its not in condition we promised. In those cases you receive refund minus whatever our card process charge is (in most cases somewhere between .30 - and not to exceed 15.00)
- HOW DO I PURCHASE
Because we are in our early stages you currently either click INQUIRY button or BUY button if not grayed out. INQUIRY us or email us and we will send you charge or paypal link to purchase.
- CAN I JUST PICK MY ITEMS UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE
Unfortunately NOT all items ar housed at our warehouse, some items are still in owners posession since they reserve the right to attempt to sell their item on their own if they choose. In the future we plan to have a location drop off and purchase sites.
